Terms of Service

Welcome to Sing-OK (“we”, “us”, “our”), available at sing-ok.com and related apps. By using Sing-OK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Sing-OK is

Sing-OK is a free karaoke room service that lets people create or join rooms, search songs, queue tracks, and sing together. The service may include optional accounts, favorites, and an Android app.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your country to use Sing-OK. If you are under the age required in your region, you may use Sing-OK only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts

Accounts are optional for basic room use. If you register:

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, harass others, or break these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Sing-OK for illegal activity or to infringe others’ rights.
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload rooms, servers, or other users.
• Attempt to hack, scrape at abusive rates, reverse engineer, or bypass security.
• Upload or share malware, spam, or harmful content through the service.
• Use another person’s account without permission.

5. Third-party content (YouTube & others)

Song search and playback may rely on third-party platforms such as YouTube. Those platforms have their own terms and policies. Sing-OK does not claim ownership of third-party videos or music. Availability of songs depends on those providers and may change without notice.

6. Wallet & Favorite Slots

Registered accounts include a limited number of Favorite Slots (default 10) for saving songs. You may top up a USD wallet (minimum top-up applies) using enabled payment methods (such as USDT TRC20, GCash, or PayPal) and spend wallet balance to buy additional Favorite Slots.

• Wallet top-ups and slot purchases are generally final once credited, except where required by law or if we reverse a failed/fraudulent payment.
• USDT transfers must use the correct network and exact amount shown; network fees are your responsibility. Confirmation times depend on the blockchain.
• GCash and PayPal top-ups may require manual review before your wallet is credited.
• Prices (including PHP slot prices) and exchange rates may change; the amount charged is based on settings at purchase time.

7. VIP Stage (webcams & talk)

VIP Host is an optional paid subscription (default ₱200 per month, charged from your USD wallet using the site exchange rate). VIP Hosts may create VIP Stage rooms that add peer-to-peer webcam and microphone connections alongside the karaoke queue.

• Anyone may join a VIP Stage room as a singer without purchasing VIP.
• Stage mode uses your device camera and microphone when you choose to publish; peer connections are established between participants’ browsers.
• Starter Stage uses a peer-to-peer mesh (no dedicated media servers or TURN relays). Connection quality is not guaranteed on all networks or mobile carriers.
• A room may limit the number of simultaneous live cameras (default 6). When the stage is full, you can still queue songs.

8. Android app

The Android APK is provided as-is for convenience. Installing outside an official store may require allowing “unknown apps” or dismissing Play Protect warnings. You install and use the APK at your own risk. Keep your device updated and download only from sing-ok.com.

9. No warranty

Sing-OK is provided “as is” and “as available,” free of charge (except optional wallet purchases such as Favorite Slots or VIP Host), without warranties of any kind — including uninterrupted access, error-free operation, webcam quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Rooms, search, playback, and Stage connections may fail or change at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sing-OK and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or wallet funds arising from your use of the service or payment networks.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
